New challenges

Saturday: Saturday there were no new challenges. I only made it 30 minutes without technology because well, I just can't help myself. My phone looked sad. I drank all the water I needed to but I also had a lot of sugar so I think it might have cancelled it out.

Sunday: Sunday Kady and I went for a walk and we both picked up a piece of litter. I read for about a half an hour that morning because I found a really good book by Jodi Picoult.

Monday: Monday's challenge was to do something generous for someone and not gaining anything in return. My mom asked me to do a load of laundry so I did otherwise I would never hear the end of it. When it was done I chose to fold it because that was the challenge. I never would have done that if it weren't a challenge because I'm quite selfish.

Tuesday: Todays challenge was no carbonated drinks. I have a strong love for soda and I usually have at least 5 cans a week. Recently we did a project in science class and we found out that there are 42 g of sugar in just one can. YUCK! I still love pop dearly but I think that I can do this challenge in hopes that it will benefit my health.
